Cnr.cn, 3/08/12

Chinese B2C e-commerce platform Yaodian100.com is facing bankruptcy and is searching for potential buyers, according to an e-commerce industry insider. Yaodian100 executives have neither confirmed nor denied the rumors, though one former executive surnamed Chen claimed the reports were true.

According to Chen, who left the company in February 2012, Intel originally planned to invest RMB 10 mln in the company last August but ultimately decided against it.
