360Buy Launches Online Real Estate Business

Beijing-based B2C e-commerce platform 360Buy has officially announced that it will join real estate company Beijing Tianheng Real Estate in an online promotional event to test the waters for online house shopping. All 360Buy-registered users who meet the requirements to buy a house in Beijing can make reservations online, with a restriction of one house per user. However, 360Buy clearly states in its announcement that the specifics of sales and after-sale services all will be handled solely by Tianheng Real Estate.
