TechWeb, 5/14/12

An informed insider has revealed that Chinese internet company Shanda Interactive has reached an agreement with Tencent (0700.HK) under which the new Shanda handset will come pre-loaded with a suite of Tencent applications, including QQ mobile applications, Tencent's mobile messaging app Weixin, its QQ mobile browser, and Tencent security products. The Shanda handset, due for release in early June, will also be pre-installed with Shanda's Mobile IM application Youni, as well as mobile applications for its online bookstore Yun Zhong Shu Cheng and its LBS platform Qieke.com.
