ChinaNet Online Announces New CTO

ChinaNet, 6/21/12

Chinese online and TV advertising firm ChinaNet Online Holdings (Nasdaq: CNET) today announced that Yang Zhenghong has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective immediately. Yang will oversee ChinaNet's IT infrastructure and development roadmap.

Prior to joining ChinaNet, Yang was responsible for enterprise content management software and cloud computing platform development and implementation at the IBM research lab in Silicon Valley from 1999 to 2011.
