Everassion to Provide Financial Services for Wangshang Youming

Enterprise financial service provider Everassion Holding Company has signed an agreement with Shandong Wangshang Youming Network Technology to provide financial services for the company. As a part of the agreement, Everassion will provide strategy and company structure adjustments, operating capital services, and other financial services to Shanding Wanshang Youming.

Shandong Wanshang Youming was formed by Qingdao Shenghai Zhonglian Investment and Beijing Wangshang Youming. The company focuses on electronic payment and open-source e-commerce platform development, as well as bringing on-and-offline multimedia services to low-tier city customers. The company has registered capital of RMB 100 mln.
