Rumor: Foxconn to Begin Production of iPad Mini

Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Foxconn (2038.HK; 2354.TW) recently began large-scale summer recruitments for its Chengdu and Zhengzhou bases, reportedly in preparation to begin large-scale manufacturing of iPad Mini devices. Foxconn's Zhengzhou plant has reportedly begun trial production of iPhone 5 handsets with a team of more than 100 workers involved in assembly.
