CDC Software, Consona Merge to Form Aptean

Chinese global enterprise software and new media company CDC Corporation's (PINK: CDCAQ) software subsidiary, CDC Software (PINK: CDCSY), and US software applications company Consona today announced they have merged to form a new enterprise application software (EAS) firm, Aptean.

As a combined organization, Aptean has over 9,000 customers, 1,500 employees, and a worldwide network of sales and support operations.

Aptean will provide EAS solutions in key application areas such as customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and supply chain management (SCM).
