Beijing-based mobile browser developer UC Mobile CFO Roy Rong said today that the company is aiming for a possible US-based IPO in 2013. Rong stated that being listed in the U.S. would improve the company's brand awareness. Rong added that UC Mobile currently has over 300 mln users.
The company will open an office in the U.S. in Q4 2012.
