Qunar Marketing VP Resigns

Chinese Internet firm Baidu's (Nasdaq: BIDU) online travel services subsidiary Qunar has announced that Marketing VP Dai Zheng will leave his position at the company. Qunar Executive VP Peng Xiaomei will take over Dai's responsibility at the company. Qunar is currently making significant adjustments to the structure of the company.
According to an industry insider, Dai was fined an amount equivalent to his yearly bonus because of a conflict between Dai and Qunar CEO Zhuang Chenchao earlier in the year.
