Qihoo 360 Partners with Ctrip

Chinese Internet services and security software provider Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU) has partnered with online travel service provider Ctrip (Nasdaq: CTRP) to provide integration between Ctrip and Qihoo 360 accounts, as well as to work together on mobile app, security, advertising, wireless, and search development.

Beginning in H2 2012, Qihoo 360 will provide online security services for Ctrip users to ensure online payment and booking security. The two companies will also implement integration between Ctrip and Qihoo 360 accounts, with Ctrip providing a travel app for Qihoo 360 "Safe Desktop" users and travel product support for Qihoo 360 users.

Ctrip and Qihoo 360 are currently exploring the possibility of joint development in the WAP, mobile client, online directory, and search sectors.
