VODOne Transfers CFO to Subsidiary CMGE

Chinese online video broadcasting and video advertising company VODone (0082.HK) has announced that Hendrick Sin has tendered his resignation as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective October 3, 2012, to assume his responsibilities as a Director and Vice Chairman of mobile game developer China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group (Nasdaq: CMGE), a subsidiary of VODOne which was listed on the Nasdaq exchange in September 2012.

Following the recent listing of CMGE, Sin will play a more active role and primarily focus on the business expansion, development and operations of the company. Andy Kwok will serve as the VODOne's new CFO.
