Sunsea Invests RMB 25 Mln in Wireless Subsidiary

Shenzhen-based telecom equipment manufacturer Sunsea Telecommunications (002313.SZ) has announced that the company has invested an additional RMB 25 mln in its wholly owned wireless base station manufacturer and solutions provider subsidiary Haisheng Jifang Technology. The additional capital brings Haisheng Jifang Technology's total registered capital to RMB 50 mln.
Haisheng Jifang Technology is primarily engaged in the operation of Sunsea's wireless telecommunication business, including base station manufacturing and wireless solutions services.
