BesTV Appoints Two VPs

Shanghai Media Group subsidiary BesTV New Media (600637.SH) has announced the appointment of Guo Jingshen and Lu Baofeng as Vice Presidents of BesTV. The decision was approved by the company's Board of Directors. Guo and Lu will replace former VPs Rui Bin and Li Qi, who are leaving the company for personal reasons.

Guo formerly served as the head of Intel China's Mobile Internet Department and GM of China Sales. Lu is a former member of China's National Broadband and Applied Engineering Research Center, where he was the leader of the Center's next-generation broadcasting (NGB) innovation and implementation group.
