Beijing Times, 11/14/12

Apple has filed an appeal with Beijing High People's Court regarding a recent ruling ordering Apple to pay Encyclopedia of China Publishing House RMB 520,000 in IPR infringement compensation, arguing that Apple is not technically the operator of the iTunes app store.
