Trunkbow Selects 'Going Private' Advisors

Beijing-based wireless value-added services (WVAS) and mobile application provider Trunkbow International (Nasdaq: TBOW) today announced that the Special Committee of its Board of Directors, formed to consider a 'going private' proposal presented by certain members of the company, has retained Shearman & Sterling LLP as its legal counsel and Duff & Phelps, LLC as its financial advisor to assist it in consideration on the matter.
