Perfect World Malaysian Subsidiary Takes Over Local Operations

Beijing-based online game developer and operator Perfect World (Nasdaq: PWRD) has announced the termination of its cooperation with Malaysia- and Singapore-based partners for management of two of its self-developed 3D MMORPGs, Zhu Xian and Chi Bi. With its new Malaysian subsidiary in place, Perfect World will now act as the exclusive operator of the two titles in Malaysia beginning from November 23, 2012.
