360Buy Delivery Fee Schedule Leaked

Sohu IT, 11/27/12

Beijing-based B2C e-commerce platform 360Buy's delivery fee schedule was leaked on November 27, after the company opened its logistics services system platform. Prices for merchants connecting to 360Buy's platform were slightly lower than the RMB 11 to RMB 30 range quoted to external merchants, and processing fees for COD deliveries are charged at a rate of 1.5%, starting at RMB 1. While 360Buy's delivery fees are higher than those of the five major delivery companies (STO Express, YTO Express, ZTO Express, Huitong Express, and Yunda Express), the platform supports COD payments and charges at a lower rate than SF Express, which may make it the preferred choice for 360Buy COD merchants and other merchants with a need for COD services. A source inside 360Buy has confirmed the accuracy of the rates reported.
