Rumor: 360Buy Creates User Experience Department

According to a leaked internal document, Beijing-based B2C e-commerce platform 360Buy recently established a customer experience department, its seventh top-level department. The new department will focus on improving user experience and will report directly to CEO Liu Qiangdong. According to a source within the company, the five-person team is currently 360Buy's smallest, but most important top-level department.
