Kingsoft WPS Monthly Active Users Exceed 50 Mln

Chinese software company Kingsoft (3888.HK) announced today that the number of monthly active users of its WPS office suite has increased to more than 50 mln. The number includes users of the Personal, Professional, Mobile, and Overseas editions of the software.

This December, Kingsoft also issued statistics reporting 30 mln users of WPS Mobile. As of the end of Q3 2012, the number of users of the software had shown continued compound growth of more than 176% over four quarters, with as many as 195,000 single-day new users, or roughly 14.8% of the global number of new Android users per day.
