CDH Investments Withdraws from Consortium Bidding for Focus Media

Chinese private equity firm CDH Investments has dropped out of a consortium looking to take Chinese digital media operator Focus Media (Nasdaq: FMCN) private, according to Dow Jones Newswire. The estimated value of the deal is USD 3.7 bln.
