Gaming Browser Developer Chenkang Introduces Gaming News Site

Beijing-based online gaming browser developer Chenkang Technology recently launched a browser gaming media portal, Caiyun.com.

Chenkang's Caiyun browser reached 5 mln users approximately six months ago. CEO Wang Cheng said that in addition to the browser and browser game portal, Chenkang has also launched a game card recharging platform, expanding its business to include games, virtual currency transactions, and information services.

Chenkang's primary revenue generator is the Caiyun browser, while the browser gaming site assists game developers in capturing new users as well as providing recharge services.

Chenkang's browser game team has over 30 people, according to Wang. The browser game portal, which is integrated with the browser, generates revenue primarily through online advertising.
