Baidu Loses Partner as Dell Quits Android Smartphone Market

Jeff Clarke, director of Dell's sales department, announced yesterday at the Dell World Conference that Dell would be pulling out of the Android smartphone market next year, according to a recent report by Forbes.

Dell, in cooperation with Baidu, released the first smartphone based on Baidu's mobile app platform in November 2011.
