Huawei Partners with SELEX Elsag on UAE Railway Network

Chinese telecom equipment and terminal manufacturer Huawei has been selected by Italian communications company SELEX Elsag as the optical and IP supplier for SELEX Elsag's mobile networks railway (GSM-R) project in the UAE. This first section of the new UAE railway network, scheduled to be completed at the end of 2017, will be 1,200 km long.
