Phoenix New Media Executive VP Resigns

Chinese wireless and TV new media company Phoenix New Media (PNM) (NYSE: FENG), a subsidiary of Phoenix TV (2008.HK), has announced the resignation of executive vice president Wang Yulin, for personal reasons, effective December 31, 2012. Wang's current responsibilities will be assumed by both Liu Shuang, Chief Executive Officer of the company, and Li Ya, Chief Operating Officer of the company.
