ZTE Completes Sale of Congo China Telecom to France Telecom

Chinese telecom equipment and terminal manufacturer ZTE (0763.HK; 000063.SZ) has announced that the company has completed the sale of its 51% stake in Congolese telecom operator Congo China Telecom to Pan Communication Investments and Atlas International Investments. Both Pan Communication Investments and Atlas International Investments are controlled by France Telecom. The total value of the transaction was USD 1 mln.
