Online Travel Agency Zhuna Launches Short-Term Rental Site

Beijing Jiuyou Technology, operator of online travel site Zhuna, has launched a short-term rental platform, "Kuailezu."

Kuailezu divides its rental properties into three categories, university-area rentals, holiday rentals, and traveler rentals, targeting students and backpackers at various price levels.

Currently, the majority of properties available for rent on Kuailezu have been listed by landlords and are available at relatively affordable prices. The average price per night for a rental property in Beijing on Kuailezu is RMB 120, as compared to an average hotel room price of approximately RMB 280 per night.
