Update: Alibaba, Baidu Rumored to Invest in Sina Microblog

According to an informed source, Chinese internet company Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) is in talks with Sina (Nasdaq: SINA) to invest in the company's Weibo microblogging platform. E-commerce conglomerate Alibaba Group, another rumored investor in Sina Weibo, is also said to be a part of the deal with Sina and Baidu. The companies will soon make an announcement about a Sina Weibo investment.
