Monster Sells ChinaHR to Irish Online Recruiter Saongroup

Irish recruitment company Saongroup has acquired Chinese recruitment site ChinaHR from US-based Monster for an undisclosed sum, according to the Irish Independent. Monster will maintain a 10% stake in ChinaHR. Saongroup operates a number of recruiting websites worldwide, including Chinese online recruitment site Myjob.com. The total value of the deal is estimated to be around USD 30 mln.
