China Unicom Wo Store Boasts 5 Mln Jan-May Paid Mobile Gamers

Wei Xin, GM of China Unicom's (NYSE: CHU; 0762.HK; 600050.SH) 'Wo Store' mobile app marketplace, announced at the 2013 Mobile Entertainment Summit currently under way in Shanghai that, from January-May 2013, the number of paid mobile gaming customers on the Wo Store reached 5 mln. Average monthly app downloads from the Wo Store reached 20 mln during the same period, according to Wei, among which 30% of downloads are for mobile games.
