Rumor: SkyUnion to List Overseas Game Publishing Platform

According to industry sources, Fuzhou-based online game developer and operator SkyUnion will spin off its overseas market-focused mobile and online game publishing and development subsidiary IGG for an IPO as early as the end of September.

IGG publishes self-developed and licensed PC, browser, and mobile games in overseas markets, including mobile games "Texas HoldEm Poker Deluxe" and "Castle Clash." The company is headquartered in Singapore, with branch offices in the US, China, and the Philippines.
