Rumor: Alibaba Establishes International B2C Division

An industry source has revealed that Chinese e-commerce conglomerate Alibaba Group is preparing to establish an international B2C business division that will absorb the company's AliExpress international wholesale marketplace, the international channel of the company's B2C site TMall, and the international channel of the company's C2C & B2C site Taobao.

The international B2C business division will reportedly operate independently of the company's other 25 business divisions, with management staff not yet revealed.
