Hairun Movies & TV Plans Backdoor Listing

Beijing-based film and TV production and distribution company Hairun Movies & TV Production yesterday announced that the company is planning a backdoor listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with preparatory work for the listing already underway.
Hairun Movies & TV had previously planned to IPO in Hong Kong in 2010, later stalling its plans due to a market downturn. According to publicly available information, Hairun Movie & TV was established in April 2001 with registered capital of RMB 77.59 mln and has produced more than 80 TV series to date for a total of more than 2,500 episodes.
