Xiaomi Router to Feature Sogou Predictive Technology

Chinese internet firm Sohu's (Nasdaq: SOHU) online search subsidiary Sogou and Beijing-based Android device maker Xiaomi have announced that Xiaomi's smart router products will now come pre-installed with Sogou's "predictive technology," offering improved internet loading speeds to Xiaomi Router customers. The predictive technology is designed to anticipate user behavior (predict what website a user is about to visit), load websites in advance, and cut down the time it takes to open a website. According to Sogou, the technology has a prediction accuracy rate of 90% and increases browser speed by more than 50%.
