NetEase Invests RMB 28 Mln in Recruiting Site Jobtong

Online recruiting site Jobtong.com, operated by Beijing-based Tuming Ruida, has announced the completion of RMB 28 mln in first-round funding from Chinese internet company NetEase (Nasdaq: NTES).

The site was launched in the second half of 2013, shifting its strategy in early 2014 to focus on recruitment for mobile internet companies in China. Jobtong has provided recruitment services for over 6,000 enterprises at present, with a total of over 30,000 jobs posted on the site, primarily in the mobile internet space. Over 70,000 resumes have been submitted to employers on the site.
