Zhejiang Telecom Offers Data Fee-free Use of Mobile Literature App

China Telecom's (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) Zhejiang subsidiary and E-Surfing Reading, China Telecom's mobile reading subsidiary, have announced a new free mobile data strategy. Zhejiang Telecom subscribers can now use E-Surfing Reading's mobile literature app within Zhejiang province without accruing any mobile data charges.

E-Surfing Reading reportedly plans to extend the strategy nationwide next year.
