Rumor: Menstrual Health App 'Meet You' Q2 2016 Profit Hits RMB 10 Mln

Meet You, the menstrual tracking app operated by Xiamen-based Meiyou Information Technology, has reportedly achieved RMB 10 mln in profit in Q2 2016, according to an internal memo from Linggan Fangzhou CEO Chen Fangyi.

The company's profits grew more than 50% MoM in Q2 2016, and are driven by Meet You's in-app m-commerce directory and advertising services, which each account for approximately half of operating revenue. Monthly ad revenue on the platform has reached RMB 10 mln and monthly gross merchandise volume of the m-commerce directory recently hit RMB 100 mln.

Meiyou Information Technology will reportedly announce a new round of funding in the near future.
