Shanghai-based Yoyun Business Information Consulting, operator of mobile O2O organizing service platform Shouna Wangzi (literally "Storage Prince"), has revealed that it completed nearly RMB 10 mln in angel funding led by Wuqiong Venture Capital in July.
Shouna Wangzi is an official account on Tencent's (0700.HK) WeChat mobile messaging app that shares tips on item storage, and also offers storage services. Tips cover how to place items, fold clothes, and complete interior design projects.
Consumers can use the platform to access O2O organizing services, including in-home organizing, customized solutions, and creation of storage tools. Businesses can also use Shouna Wangzi for customized services, such as lectures for employees, model home design for real estate agencies, office storage, and corporate branding on custom storage products.
Shouna Wangzi is also planning to launch a series of organizing classes on various paid learning platforms, as well as its own series of organizing products. The products will include those directly operated and developed by Shouna Wangzi's team as well as other brands' goods. The platform will also sell various other household items.
The typical order value for consumer-facing services on the platform is generally in the RMB 5,000-10,000 range.
