Intel to Launch App Store in China Next Year

He Shufen, head of corporate relations and strategic business development in Asia for Intel, has revealed that Intel will launch its AppUp app store in China next year. AppUp offers software for tablets, netbooks, and other mobile terminals using Intel's Linux-based next generation mobile Internet platform MeeGo. He added that Intel has already partnered with 4,800 Chinese software firms to develop applications for the store.
