Sina Acquires Online Literature Site Xuan Guoke

According to an industry source, Chinese internet company Sina (Nasdaq: SINA) has acquired Beijing-based online literature site Xuan Guoke and merged the company with Sina's online literature site operator Sina Yuedu. Xuan Guoke's official website has posted a confirmation of the report, although various links on Xuan Guoke's site are broken due to its ongoing integration with Sina Yuedu.

In June, Sina merged its online reading channel (book.sina.com.cn) with Sina Yuedu.
