Portable personal information devices offered by Beijing-based high-tech conglomerate Tsinghua Tongfang (600100.SH), consumer electronics manufacturer Skyworth Digital Holdings (0751.HK), and interactive education content provider Noah Education (NYSE: NED) have failed to meet standards in random inspections conducted by China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ).
