Shenzhen-based supply chain finance service provider Lianyirong Financial Service (Linklogis) has completed RMB 200 mln in Series B funding from Chinese internet and mobile services firm Tencent (0700.HK), China Merchants Innovation Investment Management, and Bertelsmann Asia Investments (BAI).
The Beijing and Tianjin municipal cyber administrations met yesterday with Beijing-based Huapin Borui Network Technology, operator of online and mobile recruitment platform Boss Zhipin, and ordered the company to rectify problems including faulty user management practices and the publishing of illegal information.
Xinhuanet Co (603888.SH), operator of Chinese government news agency Xinhua News' website Xinhuanet.com, has announced that its wholly owned investment management subsidiary, Xinhuanet Venture Capital, has completed business registration formalities and secured a business license from the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce.
