Kingdee Acquires Retail Software Firm

Chinese enterprise management software developer Kingdee International Software Group (0268.HK) has announced the acquisition of Shenzhen-based Sunsoft Technology, but did not reveal financial details of the purchase.

Sunsoft is a provider of software products for the retail industry in southern China. Established in 2004, the company's customers include department stores, pharmacies, household appliance chains, and building supply stores.
