Unicom Supports Latest Mobile QQ Version

Chinese Internet and wireless value-added services provider Tencent (0700.HK) has announced on the official website of its QQ instant messaging client that the latest version of its mobile QQ client is now supported on China Unicom's (NYSE: CHU; 0762.HK; 600050.SH) GPRS network in 16 provinces and regions around the country, including Guangdong, Zhejiang, Hubei, Shanghai and Jiangsu. Previously, many users were having trouble using the latest version on Unicom's network.
