Gome to Establish Largest 3C Store in Central China

Gome Appliances (0493.HK) announced that it will turn its Tangjiadun flagship store in Wuhan into Central China's largest 3C sales outlet, as well as constructing Central China's largest notebook computer experience center. Gome Wuhan says that following the remodeling, the Tangjiadun Gome outlet will invest more heavily in digital, IT, and communications products as well as OA (Office Automation) products such as mouses, keyboards, hard drives, notebook bags, and antivirus applications.
Gome has 15 stores in Wuhan. The company said it would not rule out the possibility of opening dedicated 3C stores, building on the foundation of the professional 3C product sales centers in its flagship store. Gome also plans to expand the scope and regional range of its peripheral sales.
