MOC: New Regulations Only for New Games

According to Tuo Zuhai, director of the Cultural Marketing Department of China's Ministry of Culture (MoC), the new regulations issued by the MOC regarding the development, approval, and launch of online games will apply only to games released after the regulations take effect, and will not significantly affect games currently in operation.
