Shanda to Sue Video Sites for RMB 100 Mln

Sunshine Media, the video licensing and distribution subsidiary of Chinese internet company Shanda Interactive (Nasdaq: SNDA), has announced that it will sue Chinese video sites Youku, Tudou, 56.com and Zhejiang Haoying Network (operator of Pipi.cn), seeking RMB 100 mln in total compensation, for hosting content from the television drama Three Kingdoms without authorization.
