NetEase News Launches Customized ErenEben Tablet Client

Chinese Internet firm NetEase (Nasdaq: NTES) has released a Netease News client customized for Beijing-based tablet PC manufacturer eBen's eReneBen T6 tablet. The app features 1024x768 resolution and is adapted for the T6's 8-inch touchscreen, as well as allowing users to choose to receive push notifications either during the day or at night in order to avoid being disturbed. The app also alerts users when the T6's network connection switches from Wi-Fi to mobile networks so they can avoid data fees.
