LeTV Countersues CNTV for IPR Infringement

Chinese online video site LeTV (300104.SZ) has finished collecting evidence of video IPR infringement by CCTV International Networks, the operator of CCTV's national online TV station CNTV, and filed a lawsuit. According to a LeTV representative, if the full amount of RMB 100,000 per video is awarded for all the videos in question, total damages will exceed RMB 10 mln.
