US Startup Launches Ad Tools for Foreign Advertisers in China

US startup Glogou has launched a new ad management interface, "WAVE," to manage advertising campaigns run through Chinese internet company Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU) in English. The company focuses on targeted search and social media ad buys in the Chinese market for American companies. The WAVE platform also provides advertisers with evaluations of their online presence in the Chinese market.
