Qihoo 360 Launches Online Travel Site

An industry source has revealed that Chinese online security software developer Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU) is preparing to launch a travel and vacation platform similar to rival Baidu's (Nasdaq: BIDU) Qunar at http://go.360.cn.
A November 7 posting on Qihoo's official microblog account announced that the company would debut a new site at http://go.360.cn, but did not say what the new site would be.
Editor's Note: While earlier in the day, visits to the site yielded only a landing page displaying images of airplanes, hot air balloons, palm trees, and other travel-themed photographs, the site came online at approximately 8:00 PM Beijing time.
